The sellers are not VAT payers.
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the seller and the buyer when purchasing from the Luv Sis e-shop.
The buyer is a consumer or an entrepreneur. A consumer is an individual who makes purchases outside the scope of their business activities.

2. Order and Conclusion of Contract

You create an order via the e-shop by adding goods to the basket and submitting the order using the "Order / Pay" button.
By submitting the order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
After submitting the order, you will receive an email confirmation. The purchase contract is concluded at this moment.
The seller reserves the right to cancel an order in exceptional cases (e.g., if the goods are sold out or there is an obvious price error). In such a case, we will contact you immediately and refund your payment.

3. Prices

All prices are stated in Czech Koruna (Kč) and are final. The sellers are not VAT payers.
The price of the goods does not include shipping costs. These costs are always displayed in the basket before submitting the order.

4. Payment

The buyer can pay for the goods and any shipping costs in the following ways:

  • by credit card via payment gateway
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

Payment is made online via a secure payment gateway.
The order is processed after successful payment completion.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Current shipping options and their prices are always displayed in the order form before submitting the order.
The buyer can choose delivery through the pick-up points of the following carriers:

  • PPL pick-up point
  • PPL home delivery

Goods are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment receipt, unless otherwise stated for a specific product.
Delivery time is then subject to the conditions of the chosen carrier.

Delivery

The risk of damage to the goods passes to the buyer at the moment of parcel acceptance.
The buyer is obliged to check the condition of the package upon receipt. In case of damage to the shipment, we recommend drawing up a damage report with the carrier.
If the buyer fails to accept the shipment without justifiable reason, the seller reserves the right to claim reimbursement for costs associated with redelivery.

6. Withdrawal from the contract (return of goods)

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Please inform us of your withdrawal by email at hi@luvsis.cz and send the goods back to us no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal to the address:

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.
We will refund your money within 14 days of withdrawal from the contract, using the same method by which we received it from you (unless otherwise agreed). However, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods.

7. Complaints

If you are purchasing as a consumer and a defect appears in the goods, you have the right to file a complaint.
Please send your complaint to us by email at hi@luvsis.cz. We will resolve the complaint within 30 days at the latest, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Personal Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

9. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

Any disputes between the seller and the consumer can also be resolved out of court.

10. Final Provisions

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
The seller reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. The version valid at the time of placing the order is always binding for the buyer.
These terms and conditions are valid and effective from the date of publication on the Luv Sis e-shop website.
